Indigo Moon Dance

Our Mission at Indigo Moon Dance

ndigo Moon Dance is a grounded healing practice rooted in land, body, and lived experience.

This work blends somatic healing, breathwork, movement, Reiki, and Spinal Energetics with a deep respect for nature as our first teacher. We work with the nervous system, not against it—creating conditions where clarity, steadiness, and self-trust can return.

This is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering how to listen, regulate, and respond from a place of embodied sovereignty.

Based in Western North Carolina and shaped by farming, earth-based spirituality, and decades of practice, Indigo Moon Dance offers both in-person and online experiences for people seeking relief, meaning, and a more grounded way of being in the world.

About Indigo Moon Dance

Indigo Moon Dance offers grounded, body-based healing for people who are capable, sensitive, and tired of holding it all together. Using movement, breath, and somatic energy work, I help people regulate their nervous systems and return to themselves—so care becomes a practiced skill, not something outsourced or deferred.

Connection

How This Work Functions

These offerings are designed to support regulation, not performance. You don’t need to explain your story, believe in anything specific, or push for breakthroughs.

We work with the body first. From steadiness, insight and change follow naturally.

You’re always in control of your pace. My role is to guide and host—not to fix or override your inner intelligence.
